I GOT A JOB!

Funny isn't it? I thought I'd come back to this blog since I lost my job. I've been away for quite sometime, and the job market SUCKS! We'll this morning I dropped my resume off and they gave me an impromptu interview.

I thought I didn't have a chance because the lady told me her name in the beginning of the interview, and when it was over, I asked, "What's your name?". I left thinking, oh great, I just blew it, I can't even remember someone's name. I even called my husband, whining that I had a great interview, but blew it when I had a memory lapse.

She called me before I even got home. I laughed and told her I thought I'd blown it because I had forgotten her name. She said, "don't sweat it, I do it all the time..." WoW, I'm still in shock.

So, I start tomorrow, just half days for the rest of the week and then we'll see where it goes after Friday.
